Unless you somehow think saying "I can see how tempting it would be" is not the same as "finding it tempting", or unless you think that having sex with a drunk, unconscious stranger is not rape, which brings us full circle I guess.

And what's wrong with that quote Nagel? I've seen friends do that and as I said, I would never do that! I can't find it on a Google search but I am sure it was in the context of when Evans prison sentence for taking sloppy seconds was being compared to a Muslim bloke that raped a girl at knife-point and got away with a warning or probation from memory.
Look get over it - I said Evans prison conviction was dodgy at the time and so it has been found to be at appeal. I'll bet there is video or testimonial evidence that shows this girl to be a liar and just looking for a pay-off. I doubt it will go to trial and Evans will then take compensation from the tax-payer for the loss of his career and blackened name.
The real worry is that forums like WHO have become so PC that every comment gets examined so that cunts can point a finger and say ner ner ner like kids in a f*cking playground...

I was casting doubts on her convenient lapse of memory of the events and the medical testimony that said the fact that she cannot remember the events was not evidence that she could not have consented.
